Freecell is addictive

I've found out that all solitaire games are, indeed addictive. Well, luckily for me, that's the only gaming I'm doing right now.

Believe it or not, I've not ever even gambled before, and I've been to Vegas and other gaming towns dozens of times. I'm a musician and so, I wind up going there to perform.

I was just on the phone with talk radio and "almost" got on with Hugh Hewitt. Hugh was doing something rather cool: Going over the famous Tin Pan alley songs of Christmas. Unfortunate choices of performers tho' I mean really: Springsteen? Come on. This is the exclusive domain of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Nat Cole and a few others who lovingly crafted their Christmas performances. I can't help but think that Springsteen really likes doing this stuff, but he simply doesn't have the singing craft that these others do. [I'm sure I'll get flamed, but I'm sticking to this. . .it's getting rarer for singers to "learn their craft"]

I guess the fact that Hugh blogs and seems to have an above average understanding of these things is cool. I'll have to see how this blogging thing goes. I've already got an industry specific website (www.christune.com) where I try to cover most things musical.
